Kevin Washington is a successful entrepreneur, having founded Atlas, Millennium Power, and a thriving family office. Prior to Atlas, Kevin was a founding member of Aviation Partners, which produces blended winglet technology for Boeing and other aircraft manufacturers, and is an active investor across the technology, consumer, and real estate sectors. He currently serves as a board member for various Washington portfolio companies and is committed to philanthropic efforts focused on children, young families, and veterans.
Jeff Young joined Atlas in 2022 and has spearheaded the Company’s business model transition. Prior to joining Atlas, Jeff founded his own environmental construction and remediation business and spent ten years as a turnaround consultant and crisis manager for several energy sector Fortune 500 companies. In that role, he successfully executed numerous strategic projects and partnerships in power generation and infrastructure investment.
Michael Facey is a licensed CPA in the state of Montana. Michael brings extensive fiscal management and energy experience to Atlas. Prior to that, Michael worked in PwC’s power and utilities practice and for the Grant County Public Utility District. Michael is experienced in negotiating and executing power supply agreements.
Jared Rothman manages Kevin Washington’s family office, overseeing operations, investments (including Atlas), and strategic growth initiatives. Previously, he worked at the accounting firm Fulton & Meyer and as a talent agent for United Talent Agency in Beverly Hills. At Atlas, his responsibilities include Treasury management, corporate communications, and financial oversight.
Dylan Thomas joined Atlas in 2023. His wide-ranging responsibilities include daily operations oversight, strategic planning, and business development. Prior to Atlas, Dylan spent seven years in East Africa as the Managing Director of a US-based consortium of private companies tasked with ensuring fiscal responsibility and proper corporate governance.
Kit Kerbel has been involved with Atlas since 2022, leveraging his extensive experience in enterprise and network system design, security, data science, blockchain, and software development to address the Company’s critical challenges. Before joining Atlas, Kit held several influential technology positions in both academia and the energy sector.
Keith Hendrick joined Jeff Young’s Atlas turnaround team in 2023, bringing expertise in a broad range of technical, analytical, financial, and administrative areas. Keith started his career holding multiple positions with a major energy company before starting several software companies and, most recently, a specialized infrastructure maintenance company.
